I have an attorney ready to go after that. To answer Roofwalker's question: Contractor #1 was a general contractor. They took the entire job of roof replacement and rebuilding our kitchen that was affected by the original leak. I could write a whole book about how much BS they tried to pull with us including replacing my EPDM roof with the bitumen roof. After a big fight he refunded the money difference back to us. #2 was a larger local roofing company and #3 was the independent subcontractor guy and some of his friends as we found out. I've learned a lot in the last year how their games work. When there's a problem, there has to be communication between so many people, you get lost in the mix.
